Not wanting to 'drag out the soldering iron' tonight, i made a couple blade plugs and decided to keep one i had made for a backup.

All together with the blade holder/emitter

Standard blade plug. I love the way these look on certain emitters, it makes it look like a large anti vandal switch when lit up :)

And the crystal plug, should look very nice in Lime Green :)

Ill finish the wiring tomorrow night and then should be delivering it on Saturday :)

Well, another one wrapped up :) The pommel length really cramped things due to the recharge port needing to be there as well. In the end, all is well and even with the broken wire, i was able to do a couple things a tad different that made a huge difference in the end.

Now, on to the pics!!

Custom brass blade screw and acrylic button. The lighted switch didnt pan out in the end, with no data on the LED in it, i couldnt figure out what resistor it needed. I tried using a couple and it just looked yellow-ish instead of green and not even close to the lime green of the main LED.

Thanks! Also thanks to Jeff for using some Mothers polish, it looks even better than when it was brand new.
